一、个人简介

王敏,女,汉族,医学博士,教授,山东诸城人。博士研究生导师。曾从事临床医学工作多年,自1994年开始从事生物医学工程学和生理学的教学科研工作。2012年到美国佐治亚州立大学神经科学研究中心研修。近年来主要从事以帕金森病大鼠模型为基础的相关神经病理生理学研究,侧重神经电生理学。主要技术是用在体多通道记录技术(Plexon),经植入脑内不同脑区或核团的微电极阵列,记录大鼠清醒安静或特定运动状态下的脑神经元细胞外单细胞放电活动,进一步用计算机分析软件(offline sorting; Neuroexplorer;Metlab)分析处理。相关技术主要有免疫组织化学、荧光示踪、透射电镜和免疫印迹等。近几年来主持完成国家自然科学基金课题2项、山东省重大创新工程1项、山东省自然基金课题6项和山东省科技发展计划课题5项。发表科研论文60余篇,专著2部。授权发明专利11项。获山东省技术发明奖一等奖1项。山东省科学技术进步二等奖1项。
