一、个人简介

冉杰,女,汉族,1988年8月生,山东师范大学生命科学学院副教授。2016年于南开大学、细胞生物学专业获得博士学位。先后主持国家自然科学基金,中国博士后面上等项目,参与过国家自然科学基金重点项目以及国家重点研发计划等。近几年围绕纤毛稳态调控及纤毛相关疾病开展相关研究,主要研究方向为:1)纤毛的动态调控及相关分子机制;2)纤毛在组织器官发育和人类重大疾病发生发展中的功能及相关机制。围绕该领域以第一作者或者通讯作者身份发表SCI论文10余篇,其中包括国际高水平期刊Cell Research, Developmental Cell等。

二、主持或参与的科研项目:

1.国家自然科学基金青年项目:纤毛在早产儿视网膜早期病变中的病理学功能及分子机制, 2018/01-2020/12, 25万元,在研,主持。

2.中国博士后基金:纤毛异常在高氧所致视网膜病变中的作用及机制,2016.9-2020.09,8万元,结题,主持。

3.国家自然科学基金重点项目:纺锤体定向的调控机制与功能研究,2018.01-2022.12,299万元,在研,主要参与人。
