一、个人简介

贾敏,女,1986年7月生,汉族,博士毕业于江南大学食品科学专业。现就职于山东师范大学,副教授,硕士研究生导师。现主要从事食品质量安全与控制研究。主讲本科生课程《食品工艺学》、《食品安全学》和《仪器分析》。副主编《食品安全风险分析理论与应用》一书。现任山东营养学会,食品营养专业委员会委员。主持国家自然基金1项,山东师范大学青年科技培育基金1项,参与国家863计划,国家重点研发计划,国家自然基金面上项目和山东省自然科学基金等8项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文20余篇,曾以第一或通讯作者在Food Chemistry,Journal of Functional foods和Analytica Chimica Acta等SCI期刊发表论文10篇。授权国际专利1项,国内专利3项,申请国家发明专利5项。

二、研究方向

食品安全检测和食品生物技术

(1)食品及环境污染物快速检测方法研究。采用适配体、分子印迹及抗体等识别材料构建快速灵敏的检测方法,应用于食品中化学污染物(抗生素、环境雌激素等)和食源性致病菌检测。

(2)新型抗菌材料(抗菌肽、纳米酶及适配体等)的开发及应用。

三、承担项目

(1)Aβ适配体调控Curli纤维生成抑制肠杆菌科生物膜形成的作用机制研究(32001802),国家自然科学基金青年基金,2021/01-2023/12,24万元,主持。

(2)乳制品加工中产生的潜在新型雌激素干扰物的非定向筛查与鉴定(31871874),国家自然科学基金面上项目,2019/01-2022/12,60万元,参加。

(3)双酚A高特异性亲水分子印迹功能单体的研制及其在分子印迹聚合物中的应用,山东师范大学青年科技培育基金,2017/11-2019/11,2万元,主持。

(4)跨境食品潜在、新发有害物及其代谢物多元识别技术研究与数据库构建(2016YFD0401101),国家重点研发计划,2016/01-2020/12,98万元,参加。

(5)基于定向进化技术的L-阿拉伯糖异构酶分子改造研究(21276001),国家自然科学基金面上项目,2013/01-2016/12,80万元,参加。
