【研究体系】

实验室聚焦纤毛生物学与疾病机制研究，建立三大创新研究体系：

纤毛发生调控网络：运用CRISPR筛选与活细胞成像技术，解析纤毛形态发生中的转录调控机制（BBS症候群，耳聋等罕见病模型）

纤毛病分子病理学：构建人类肾脏类器官与小鼠模型，揭示多囊肾病（PKD）等疾病的跨尺度发病机制

合成生物学技术平台：开发基于衣藻生物工厂的基因线路工程，实现环境污染物生物传感与渔业资源可持续开发

【学术成就】

• 在《PNAS》《Journal of Cell Biology》等细胞生物学顶级期刊发表系列创新成果（近五年IF>10论文5篇）

• 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，建立纤毛疾病转化医学研究平台，与耶鲁大学医学院保持长期技术合作

• 首创超分辨显微技术联用方案，实现纤毛基质动态组装过程的可视化解析

【团队建设】

实验室配备超分辨电镜等大型设备，组建包括细胞生物学、遗传学、生物信息学交叉背景的12人研究团队（博士2人，硕士9人，科研助理1人）

【人才培养】

开设本科生《细胞生物学》，研究生《高级细胞生物学前沿》课程，双语教学，指导本科生及研究生获科技创新奖等。

【学术服务】

担任《Journal of Cell Biology》《Cytoskeleton》编委，国家自然科学基金一审专家，山东省罕见病诊疗联盟特聘顾问
