一、 个人简介
常化松,男,博士,讲师。2024年6月,毕业于山东师范大学,获理学博士学位。目前于动物病毒学团队从事科研工作。以第一作者或并列第一作者在《Cellular & Molecular Immunology》《Journal of Virology》等期刊上发表SCI论文5篇。获得国家发明专利1项。
二、研究方向
天然免疫系统是宿主抵御病原体的第一道防线,本课题组聚焦于解析动物病毒与宿主抗病毒天然免疫的互作机制,具体研究包括:
(1)病毒入侵机制:揭示病毒入侵宿主的关键分子事件及其调控机制;
(2)病毒复制调控:运用高通量测序等技术,系统性鉴定调控病毒复制的宿主因子并阐明其作用机制,旨在为抗病毒药物研发提供新靶点和理论支撑。

国家自然科学基金面上项目:PBLD通过上调MAVS抑制牛流行热病毒复制的分子机制研究(32373000),2024.01-2027.12,参与。
